The vission of the Section is:
- To release international and national diagnostic and therapeutic experiences, related with Evidence-based Materno-Fetal and Perinatal Medicine,

- To provide statements and Evidence-based clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic international, as well as national, guidelines,
for the bettering of assistance in this field,
- To help professional interchange and to ameliorate access to update scientific information through database, search engines and websites,
- Facilitate access to the tools, methods and means for the teaching of Maternal Health, Fetal Medicine and Perinatology,
- To contribute to Continued Medical Education in this field.
